For several months, we have been actively participating in the GRAND PARIS construction site and more particularly in the design of line 16 from the station La Courneuve Six Roads alongside Eiffage Génie Civil.

We are pleased to participate in this major project where we have been present since April 2021, until June 2022. In total, we delivered 350 tons of Altrad Formwork & Shoring equipment, either in large part :

  • 153 tons of shoring tower HD 320
  • 11 tons ofheavy shoring TETRASHOR
  • 50 tons of TENOR trays
  • ESCAPLUS has been set up to facilitate certain accesses inaccessible by the crane. The assembly/disassembly of the ESCAPLUS modules has enabled the installation of stairs in the most difficult areas to access.

A team of about fifteen companions is present for the service of assembly/dismantling of our equipment. We had to face some technical challenges for the different phases of the work :

  • April 2021 - S1 slab : we carried out shoring 15 meters high along the length of the station (50m) with the HD320 tower while keeping a tight schedule of 4 weeks. The seating levels were multiple and we had implemented inclined plates at the feet of the HD320 tower… Review the pictures.
  • November 2021 - S2 slab : we have made a 10-meter span over the length of the station (45m) with our new product, the TETRASHOR. The construction of this element was done in the underpinnings, while the Eiffage GC teams of the tunnel were working. We have thus set up HEB600 beams on rolling rollers for the creation of this cart pass.

CUSTOMER VOICE

"Altrad Formwork & Shoring motivation and offer was a real plus for the realization of this project. The design office is responsive and we have good constructive exchanges together. The HD320 tower is a very good product and we were able to optimize many things on the construction site. The high loads taken up by this tower made it possible to limit the quantity of equipment, and this is a real asset. The availability of your QSE on the construction site also made it possible to strengthen safety on the product assembly service. This demonstrates a real desire to evolve and perform in the safety culture."
